Mark's 40th Bday and Mother's Day weekend family fun!!!

What a wonderful weekend we spent together celebrating Mark turning 40 and Mother's day...sorry for all the pics we just had so much fun that I could not choose just certain ones.....we stayed in Yachats at a resort right on the Ocean...we ate tons of seafood, saw many tide pools, and did one of our favorite things...agate hunting...and lots of hiking....Mark may be 40 but has the strength of a 20yr old...he carried Natasha on his shoulders most of the time and she isnt getting any lighter...Whew!!! We are so grateful that we get the opportunity to live in such a beautiful state and enjoy all that it has to offer.....

ROAD TRIP.......

WHAT A TRIP!!!! this is just a small sample of the fun we had...My two fav cousins Tammy and Jennifer came in from Utah to visit me and have a girls road trip....we made no plans except that we wanted to go to the coast...I picked them up from the airport and we headed to Astoria and in three days worked our way down to Florence then headed to Eugene for our last night so they could see my house and the family and OF COURSE saturday market....this was an amazing trip we laughed and talked so much that I have no voice now....we got no sleep except for a few hours and is just what I needed...so going to do this again....I love no plans makes for a very great adventure!!!

What's next for Mr. Ironman Mark.......

Well Mark has decided that he would like to do a full 140mile Ford Ironman in the year 2010 in St. George Utah...this will be the first year that Ford will hold an Ironman there.....he is already signed up and will start training next week...Mark trains very hard for these and it takes all of us to help him and support him in any way that we can...the training hours are very long and hard and he is really good about making sure it does not cut into family time...we are very excited for him to do this triathalon...I believe this was his ultimate goal....we are here for ya babe every step of the way......

HE MADE IT......Mark did an awesome job this year....he was 20min faster than last year....I just dont know how he does it...he is amazing....I enjoy watching him and all of these amazing athlete's....I actually missed him coming over the finish line because he ran so fast this year....my brother Russ was able to compete also with Mark and he did a great job....I know that Mark really enjoyed having him there...the best part of all of this is the group of men that he goes out with are all younger by 4yrs than Mark and he beat them all.....40 is not old my friends......WAY TO GO MARK WE ARE VERY PROUD OF ALL THE HARD WORK THAT YOU PUT INTO THIS....and we will continue to support you!!!

HERE WE GO!!!!

In about 1 hour Mark and I will be boarding a plane to Oceanside CA....yeah sun!!! but that isnt the only reason...Mark has been training his heart out for a Ford Ironman Triathalon on satruday....if you have seen him lately you may not know who he is....he is extremely skinny right now...but I can promise you that will change after saturday....yeah back to red meat for him!!!!! anyways I am so excited to watch him and watch all that hard work pay off for him.....GO GET EM MARK....and GOOD LUCK!!!! luv ya!

Mckayla..."Dancing Queen"

So this is the side of McKayla that others never get to see.....she is one of the funniest girls around...she came home after school one day turned on a little Shakira
"HIPS DONT LIE" and went to town...she had us laughing so hard I was crying and so was Natasha...no one on this earth has ever made Natasha laugh so hard except McKayla since she was a baby....I really wish she would let this side of her show more often because she is quite the entertainer....... U GO GIRL!!!!
